The whole ethos of TrustMark is our passion for quality - it underpins what TrustMark stands for - continual improvement, best practice, excellent customer service and protection.

TrustMark operates within a Master Licence Agreement issued by the Government’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

TrustMark is overseen by an independent Board, working with an independent Financial Protection Panel; both of whom were appointed in 2018. They are further supported by our close working relationship with the National Consumer Federation.

They provide a high level of assurance, certainty and protection to homeowners looking to have work done in and around their homes. TrustMark Registered Businesses are thoroughly vetted and continually monitored to ensure they meet required standards in technical competence, customer service and trading practices, so homeowners can be sure they’re making the right choice.

And, if anything should go wrong, TrustMark has that covered too as registered businesses must provide guarantees on their work and have a clear and simple disputes resolution process in place.

Their tradesmen are rated 9.55 /10 on average by homeowners just like you - they believe they have the best tradesmen in the industry.

By using the Find a Tradesman service, you can be sure you are getting access to some of the best vetted, tradesmen in the country.

They believe that finding a tradesman should be simple, that's why they have included our find a tradesman search on the website.

What's more, their members have been rated on average 9.55 out of 10 by 704,525 homeowners like you, so when you are searching for a member you can have peace of mind in knowing they are one of the best in the country.

You can even read reviews left by past customers about the contractor and request a quote right there - from their profile. All of this means you can easily find out more about the contractor and whether they are right for you and your contract needs.

TrustATrader is the UK's trusted online trade directory, for which they must thank both the public for their strong support of our service, and our great traders who prove that there is an alternative to the 'cowboys'.

You know how frustrating it is to have to use a trader directly out of the paper or a directory without getting recommendations first. But if an emergency occurred, say in the middle of the night or at the weekend, then you simply had no choice in the matter.

If work isn't carried out to your satisfaction, the whole experience can leave a bitter taste in your mouth, not to mention a hole in your pocket.

Our local authority membership number is STMPEHWELL/1 and we have been members since 2014!

Choosing to have your loft storage space boarded with LOFT-E® products will guarantee a quality, safe, strong platform and it will be fitted to the highest standards by qualified installers who have been through rigorous training to ensure your LOFT-E® floor is fitted to the factory recommended methods.

The LOFT-E® raised loft floor system is strong, stable and has been designed to last a lifetime. It can be adjusted to suit each individual loft joist to get the perfect level storage surface in your loft. Some joists, even in houses of 20 years+ can fluctuate in height between each joist. Other raised loft floor legs are not adjustable and therefore have to be packed with wedges, which is not the best and most professional way.

The LOFT-E® leg can adjust from 165mm to 285mm in height which will allow for most differences in joist heights. It is also 100% recyclable and reusable. If you move house you can take it with you.
