Covid-19 and Our Response

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have all had to adapt to the many changes made throughout the country that have been implemented to keep us safe.
COVID-19 is still impacting every avenue of our lives, therefore our safety initiatives are altered and updated in line with the Government guidance as and when it is released, this is to ensure that UK Loft Boarding can remain operating in a safe and minimally disruptive manner..

New COVID restrictions.

With the new measures announced we are permitted to remain operating, as we are classified as construction industry.
we are monitoring the situation closely.

Please note, currently we are very busy in terms of installation and bookings. and with the current situation or primary goal is to protect yourself and our staff.
Because of this there may be cancellations or rescheduling of installations at short notice, if any of our installer teams start to feel unwell we immediately send them for testing.

Advice To Customers


If you are booked in for an install or survey and have any of the following symptoms:
  • Continuous cough
  • High temperature
  • Loss of smell and taste

Or Have been contacted by track or trace. please get in contact with us so we can re-arrange your bookings.
this is to ensure our staff remain safe. we are also doing the same from our side. if any of our installers or Surveyors fall under the same situation. we will contact you as soon as possible to re-arrange.

We ask that when one of our staff is in your home that you remain an acceptable distance away where required. and if they are working in your loft to remain on the ground floor where possible. All of our staff are taking the necessary precautions and have the required PPE, this includes face masks and gloves. Each of the company vehicles under goes a anti-bacterial and anti-microbial clean each morning.

our installers are also assigned permanent pairings with one another. this is to ensure that any exposure is limited between staff. and our installers each load there vehicles separated from one another.
